These guys are amazing. I worked in a place that we were third party for emroidery and other printed items. I knew about having logos that were problematic to embroidery etc.
The first test order came in and the embroidery lines were very thin. My logo in that area is very thin. I asked them if it was the file or their process, so that I could fix the design if needed. They were very honest and said that they could fix the issue.
They immediately got started and shipped the reprint very fast. The new hats look amazing!

I found a site that could do a lot cheaper pricing than Rush Order Tees. While unable to price match, Tyler was able to come really close, and for that quality of service and product, it was still a no brainer to continue purchasing with Rush Order Tees.

The website is truly a pleasure to work with and the functionality is a breeze. Really easy to upload your artwork and manipulate it how you want it on the shirt both front and back. The cost was a little high for my budget but customer service went out of their way to make it more cost effective. They were a pleasure to work with and will be back for future purchases.
I guess my only critique is to provide more color options for certain style shirts. I have specific color schemes I need to work with, and I was limited to what I could choose based on that.
I haven't received my shirts as of yet, so I'll leave this at a 4 star for now.

Someone was online faster than I expected and was able to help me with my changes. It was also great that I could upload my artwork changes directly from the chat window. Very convenient! My only criticism is that as much as I appreciate the service provided I would prefer to have the option to re upload my artwork and reposition it myself through the website as I often do with on other printing websites. So I took a star off for that... however I would give them 4.5 stars if I could.
We are glad we were able to make that change for you. Please note, you can always update an existing design at anytime however if your order was active, you would still need to reach out to notify us of the change as once the order is placed, you have to make adjustments with the art team. I've had these custom and altered digitally created adjustments to some of my favorite photos of sports & Music in where I've been ordering and recieved more than expected in terms of quality and comfort let alone the image eye candy added to the shirt. I ordered the wrong tshirt fabric and asked how much would cost to replace and then just asked to replace with cotton original that I had in mind. They sent me the tshirt perfectly the way I originally imagined. Free of cost! They went above and beyond so this will only want me to order more new ideas that I have thank u!

I re-ordered long sleeve tshirts and hoodies for our maple business. Once I checked out I realized I never changed the hoodie color to the same as the t-shirts. Your associate Luke was super helpful in pulling up my order and changing the hoodie color for me. It was quick (less than 5 minutes) and he got the job done and send me a new invoice asap.
