Prior to finding your company online I went to a large local store and they wanted to modify my design because they couldn't print it exactly how I wanted it to look.
Even with the rush order, I would have paid almost exactly the same amount, and not received what I had wanted.

My friends and I had a trip planned together and decided to get T-shirts made last minute and Rushordertees came to our rescue! We designed the shirts online and had them at our doorstep 3 days later! It was the highlight of our trip!
I was having trouble with a reorder and decided to use the chat feature. Was hoping for the best and that's what I got! Joshua was helpful and quick. I ordered a custom hoodie on 10/4/23. I found the perfect style, color and material at Rush Order Tees. They added my chosen graphic...and it arrived on 10/16/23! (Less than 2 weeks!) The entire process was easy and fun, and I definitely will be back to order more items. I highly recommend Rush Order Tees!

I had a minor issue with my order that was immediately rectified with two phone calls. The first person I spoke with answered immediately, spotted the error, and asked for pictures for reference. The second person called within minutes after review to confirm that I would be getting the items I needed immediately. A few days later they were at my door and look spectacular. I would especially like to recognize Colleen M. And Chris V. in the service team. This type of service used to be reserved for "mom and pop" places and, in my experience, has largely disappeared from the world of online shopping. I wouldn't personally get screen printing anywhere else.

First off, the product quality from RushOrderTees Is phenomenal. Second, there was a slight issue with my order (I was missing one item), and BOOM… I never had an easier experience getting in touch with their Support Team and they made sure that things were rectified to my satisfaction. I placed an order in the online checkout over the weekend, the rush date options were sooner than I needed, but the non-rush range was wider than what I could settle for. I used chat on Monday morning and was able to lock in the date I needed pretty quickly. This is my 3rd annual order for an event that I'll keep coming back for shirts to commemorate it with.

I had made a purchase in September with Rushorder T's. It did not go well, the quality was bad, the shirt was not true to size (very small) and the no quantity limit was false.
I'm updating my review on this coma y because in the end they made it right. I received a t-shirt, good quality, true to size and they gave me a partial refund on the order.
The work is good! You have to find the right CSR, otherwise you will be frustrated even more.
I chose a shirt that claimed "no minimum quantity" required, NOT TRUE! I had to buy 3. I received the shirts, and they are too small!
The sleeve is barely 14", the sizing chart shows it should be 15.5, the width shows it should be 22" and it is barely 20", the length shows 27 and it is not even 24" long? These have not even been washed, from what I am reading once they are washed, they shrink a lot!
I emailed their customer service about the issue and was pretty much told, sorry about your luck, we don't fix size problems. They did tell me I could order 3 more at 50% off?!?!? I spent $234.00 on 3 shirts that don't fit and a hoodie! Luckily, I ordered the hoodie in an extra-large, it doesn't fit like I would like, but it is do-able. I just won't be able to put it in the dryer.

I chatted twice last week and no one answered. I used the chat again today and talked with Angel. She was nice, helpful, and hopefully got my order on the correct track. She was pleasant to work with and eased my stresses slightly.

At the last second I was asked to place an order for an expedited shipping. I maneuvered pretty quickly through things until checkout when I realized the order was not set up for tax exempt. Joshua helped me with that and then just as I was about to process the order I accidently turned off my computer. I then had to start a new chat (my own fault) and Joshua appeared out of nowhere to come to the rescue! I am so grateful for the ease that Joshua made of this.

I had accidentally damaged a t-shirt of my daughter's that had sentimental value. Having used Rushordertees before and having been happy with the results, I immediately mailed them pictures of the stencils on the shirt and asked them to replicate it on a new t-shirt. The shirt arrived today and my daughter couldn't be happier. She says it looks exactly like the other. A stellar job. I would recommend rushordertees to anyone

First, I have to say that it was a great ordering experience. The website was easy to work; great design tools. The prices were in-line with industry standards. So no issues there. Customer service was amazing! There was a minor concern with one of the shirts. I let them know what occurred and sent a picture via email. I receive a case and a response almost within the hour with a resolution. And I have to say a great resolution. Awesome company to work with. Will definitely work with them again. Thank you

I made a mistake on my design and I contacted the live chat. Angel was able to answer my question very succinctly. It was quick and their team was flexible enough to handle the change (flipping the design from front to back).

We are so impressed with this company. We ordered shirts for a Family Reunion and they are fabulous shirts. Great quality fabric and the printing was perfect. They even expedited shipping for us so we had them in time for the event. Great customer service - we will definitely use them again!
