Decided to give Rush order tees a try after using Custom Ink for several years. Rush order tees have proven to be less expensive, more attentive (communicating, recommended changes in color to enhance outcome), and have quicker delivery. We are anxious to receive our first order from Rush order tees!

Justyne K has been so patient and helpful in answering all my questions while trying to order shirts for my school's club. I'm so glad the students opted to go with Rush Order Tees for their shirt design.

I ordered a custom shirt for my wife as a second anniversary present. The XL shirt I ordered for my wife ran much smaller than the average xl. Jessica was able to help me with getting a larger size as a replacement. No hassles. It was easy. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. I will order from again. Justyne was so helpful! I have been looking for a vendor with a quick turn around time for 2 logos with multiple logos. She spent time with me to check stock of 14 different items to ensure my order will ship quickly and was so patient. She commented on quality and color shade to help me pick options for staff. I had some questions regarding some artwork changes and a type of product. Luke was able to answer all my questions and make some changes very quickly and with ease. Very knowledgeable and considerate. I have been using this company for about 9 years and they are so easy to work with.

There were initially two T's that needed to be remade. Customer service agreed immediately to remake them. When we received them, one was perfect, the other was not correct, but there was a misunderstanding about how it was to be made. Customer service agreed to immediately remake it. All is good. I will be ordering from RushOrderTees again. I appreciate them sticking with us. Love the final products.

I got just the info I needed from Angel and appreciated it. Unfortunately, your ability to print on many mediums is exactly why I wanted to work with y'all. Going beyond tees is just what I want to do. I'm sorry it won't work out.

So I accidentally double ordered an offensive, very funny sweatshirt that was meant for my BFF. It almost got sent to my dad with his birthday tshirt and this simply would have ruined my life Jessica Moss helped calm me down and get a refund, as well as fix the order. She didn't even laugh at me!

I had previously ordered shirts from different companies through Rush Order Tees and they had different names for their colors. Going back to re-order and I wanted to make sure I got the same colors as before. I sent an inquiry and received assistance and the response I needed in under ten minutes so that I could make my decision!

Luke was very communicative and persistent and resolved the issue of my package redirect. I very much appreciate in this rather complex set of details this being resolved and because of his work, my students will have these T-shirts in time for graduation. I am extremely grateful and pleased.

Spoke with Justyne about a new order with various size/color options and he thoroughly explained how to go about ordering and the pricing options for the different base color options. He was knowledgeable and replied quickly AND without any superficial "thank yous" and "apologies for waiting" nonsense like you get from foreign call centers. Rush Order Tees rocks!

I ordered shirts from them, and you have to design it your self online, then they are supposed to look over it and make it look nice. Well, they skip that part. So you get what you design, and it may turn out that you are not a design artist... in the end, it doesn't really matter though, because it all comes off in the wash. So don't waste your time with rushordertees. The end.

I needed to make a change after placing my order and Jessica was wonderful! She got my changes made and updated my account quickly to avoid production and/or shipping delays. I can't for my granddaughter's Christmas gifts to arrive!

I was one jacket short for my employees. The order kept telling me I had to order a minimum of 6. I had previously ordered 13 and didn't want to order 6 more just to get 1. I chat with Joshua and he was very fast at helping me. This man was awesome!
