I want to leave this review for whoever is considering using Rushmypasspirt services.

I have used all sorts of services with much less
Complicated processes as the passport issuance/renewal.
I neede my passport renewed in a hurry and I hired Rushmypassport to do it for me as I couldn't go to the passport office to do it myself.

RUSHMYPASSPORT experience was A+++. From the very first contact with customer service to the follow up instructions and emails and even the calls I gave their customer service to get an update, I felt I was dealing with a group who knew exactly what they were doing, didn't give me false hope and guaranteeing anything as they depends on the government but within what they could guarantee they made me feel very confident and secure.

The outcome was incredibly accurate and I received my passport exactly within 15 minutes of when I was supposed to receive it.

Instructions for obtaining passport are precise. Customer service was nice and easily accessed. Only problem I had was with the fedex confirmation, which was on fedex end. My package was delivered when/where it was supposed to according to rushmypassport verification; yet, fedex personnel didn't scan my document to communicate it arrived. Luckily, the pick up site had great employees that searched for my package and found it. Thankfully, I received my passport within 24 hrs that I was to depart for my trip. Thank you!

I had about three days before i was about to leave and checked on my passport and so unfortunate that my memory deceived me. The passport expired had to look up and found rush my passport and everything went smooth i received just as described in the website and expedite within 24 hours.Depends on what service you wish to take, i took the 24 and within days i was able to get the reply.The order status is always there if you get curious

As soon as you sign up, you receive automatic instructions plus a call from customer support to guide you through the steps you need to take.
They generate forms for you, create shipment labels, and everything you'd need.
The amount of effort I had to put was minimal.
I wish working with all service providers was like this!
