Outstanding service
Last minute passport need. We made a mistake and they rushed it back to us for correct, which we return quickly and then we received the passport before the anticipated time. I really appreciated getting the automatic email updates.

Context: I called just to check the status of my order. The customer service agent quickly told me that the order was still out, and that I would receive my passport in a week (per order). Not a problem, that would be fine. But no more than 30 minutes later, I received an email to inform me that my passport was already on its way to me via FedEx. So, while I greatly appreciate the quick service, the lack of accurate information from customer service leaves reason for concern.
It all ran very smoothly. The customer service rep was knowledgable, polite, and responsive. The passport arrived earlier than they had even projected.

Very competent and courteous service.
After reading all the steps i was hesitant. I needed my passport fast so i purchased the 3-5 business days option and it really did arrive within that time frame. You cant get your passport picture at walgreens or cvs which was really helpful.
