I contacted RushMyPassport on Sat, May 12 and received my daughter's new Passport today Mon, May 21. Step by step directions were provided & confirmed over the phone and also emailed to me. RushMyPassPort sent me a status update throughout the process and provided a customer service representative who I called for additional questions. The entire process was easy and professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs to expedite a passport.
I called and spoke with several employees and everyone was professional and helpful. My only feedback would be to better illustrate the difficulty of the walk in experience when so many passport locations (library, post office, county clerk's office? Are booked weeks in advance. This might only be applicable in Las Vegas, but letting future customer's know this difficulty can help alleviate some of their stress moving forward. Thanks

Rush My Passport literally saved our vacation. We had forgotten that child passports are only 5 years, and with just under two weeks before vacation discovered that the passports for both (now grown) children had expired. Just awesome service! Got my passport in two days that I needed to start a job. Customer service was fantastic! They made sure I had everything I needed! They walked me through the confusing paperwork every step of the way to make sure it was correct and in order. My only hiccup (no fault of them) was I had a short form birth certificate that did not have my parents names listed. This required me needing to obtain a long birth certificate before they could proceed. They offered websites I could acquire one fast. Sadly, the State of Pennsylvania is current running 40-50 business days in processing alone. I had to drive to Scranton, Pennsylvania to aquire one in person for the same day. My advice check your birth certificate! Once I had it, my package was off via FedEx within 3 hours to them! Just awesome!
I cannot say about this service from customer service to ease of applying / receiving: never thought renewing my passport could be so effortless and fast. The entire process is walked through from detail list online to agent on phone. Applied Tuesday overnighted Wednesday had passport in hand Friday. Was in Italy on beach Monday. I highly recommend to all.
Honestly, despite all they're great reviews, I was still nervous to use them since I'd never used these type of services... was it a scam? Will they steal my identity? Will they deliver on time? Or at all? Well, after all was said and done, there's absolutely nothing negative i can say about the entire experience! I called many many times for support and questions (not that the process is difficult, just for my peace of mind) and each time i got a different person, but each time they were super nice, extremely patient, professional and helpful. They did everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them. But of course it's better NOT to lose your passport lol! Thanks Rush My Passport.
