Overall my experience was wonderful and I received my passport well before my deadline which relieved a lot of stress! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did tell me to go to the passport office even though I was traveling in just over two weeks so the passport office wouldn't seal my documents and I had to go back a second time. Inconvenient, but still very happy with the service and excited to be able to attend my best friends wedding in Jamaica!

This is a great service! Pricey but well worth every penny. I had two weeks to get a passport for my son so he could fly with me to attend a hockey tournament in Canada. After reading all the State Department materials about expediting a passport I was unconvinced that I had enough time. Although it wasn't cheap, my passport came with zero complaints. I paid for Rush Service and it was guaranteed to be delivered by May 25th. It came on May 17th. I had no idea a service like this existed and was sure it was some kind of scam before I read the reviews. Huge thank you to Alvin Tomattis, who helped me through the process and made everything easy. Give that man a raise.
