Great service! I looked at my passport on Sunday July 22 and to my shock saw that the passport would expire the very next day! My wife and I were scheduled to fly to Montreal on July 28 for a vacation trip to Canada. I panicked but then went online and saw Rush My Passport's website on my search for a way to try and solve the problem and signed on for 1-2 day passport renewal service. They walked me through the process of getting the documents I needed together and the next day, Monday July 23, I mailed the documents to them by overnight FedEx. They received the documents the next morning (Tuesday) and by Wednesday afternoon my new passport was shipped to me by overnight FedEx and arrived at my door Thursday July 26, at noon. What a relief!

Originally we ordered priority service, expecting to get the passport within a week. Due to travel dates, that was not possible and I think should be more clear prior to placing an order. It was a hassle having to get an additional sheet signed and mailed off again when another courier had to be used. In the least, our payment should have been adjusted to reflect the correct time frame in which we actually could receive the passport. I requested an updated receipt on 3 different occasions when we were additionally charged for a check that had to be re-written. I never got that either. The rest of the experience was fine, and what matter most is his passport was received in time before his trip.
I am traveling to Denmark in two weeks and realized my passport expires in 6 months and your passport needs to be valid beyond 6 months to travel there. A friend told me about rushmypassport. I sent everything requested to them and my new passport was back in days. Impeccable service. I would recommend to everyone!
