I was particularly fascinated when I called and informed them that my documents were all set to be sent and I spoke to a very courteous Passport Specialist Tamara who reviewed each document with me and answered all questions. Hi! The instructions could be a little clearer on the handling of the DS-11 forms (one is to be signed and one is not) and the passport pictures (attach both to DS-11 or to just the signed copy?)

I was happy with the service and grateful for the turn around time but it did take an extra day to get my passport than was promised. Luckily for me I had a few days before I need to leave but that could have been a real problem for someone else.
Very pricey for the service, but worth it if you have less than two weeks to get your passport and cannot do the legwork to the regional office yourself. Good communication. First photo was rejected and they organized getting them another photo to get the passport back on time. Make sure you follow ALL the instructions to the letter. Hopefully I would not need to use them again, but if I do, I would definitely use them!
