Tandra was simply amazing and quite frankly, I am at a loss for words here! My wife and I realized on a Saturday that our passports were nearly expired and we had a long vacation booked in the Bahamas - leaving a week later (we depart on 9/2/2018). I felt like the biggest dope ever... had been planning this road trip with my 10-year old son for months. Knew all the border requirements and never even considered that my passport could be expired... until 2 days before departure to Canada! No, the service isn't cheap- but so very worth the price of not canceling a trip and multiple reservations! I was nervous but the woman on the phone was extremely reassuring and sympathetic. They make sure that every detail is accounted for and lead you through every step; emails of order status and delivery. Nothing short of miraculous! Very available at extended hours, a human who absolutely knows, the absolute requirements, mentors you through your detailed document preparation. I met a renewal client, working with a competitive service, who was re-stapling her photo, the firm having sent it back for me it being incorrectly stapled. My customer service agent offered to staple my photo, on her end. How 'bout that?
