Context: I called just to check the status of my order. The customer service agent quickly told me that the order was still out, and that I would receive my passport in a week (per order). Not a problem, that would be fine. But no more than 30 minutes later, I received an email to inform me that my passport was already on its way to me via FedEx. So, while I greatly appreciate the quick service, the lack of accurate information from customer service leaves reason for concern.

It would help if you informed customers who lost their passport that that they have to give a specific reason for the loss; i.e. A sickness in the family, a car accident, your hospitalization. Otherwise great service. Thank you.
My husband is one of those people that waits for the last minute to decide on whether to go on a vacation or not! Was very nervous doing this process, since time was short. Customer service was there when I called, no waiting. And helped through the process, step by step. Sent it off Monday, had the new passport in my hands Friday.
Absolutely the worst customer service because there isn't any! Sent my passport to be renewed 3 weeks ago and they sent (1) one email regarding a return mailing issue that went straight to SPAM. They said that I had not signed the application (even though I did and had a scanned copy of it). I didn't notice their email until a couple of days ago when I happen to be cleaning up my mailbox and running a search to see if there was any follow up to my renewal.
I called over several days and never could speak to a live person. Was on hold for several hours in total, several times throughout the day. I even requested automatic callbacks (all of which never happened). I have a trip in early March and this company has majorly dropped the ball in their lack of communication, service, and follow-up. I even spent another $65 overnighting them another copy of a form they already had. Still no word. They have my old passport and passport card and I have zero information as to the status. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. STAY AWAY! I hardly ever write a negative google review but this straight negligence on the part of rushmypassport.com. I had to get passport for my 17 year-old daughter ASAP. I contacted the rushmypassport on 2/23 (Monday), and got the passport on 2/27 (Friday). Since my daughter was still a minor, I had to find the post office that gave her an appointment on 2/24. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Instruction and follow-up were very clear. Only information I did not get from the rushmypassport, but the post office clerk was that I'd better use their money order, not personal check, because the passport will not be processed until the personal check gets cleared. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.
