RushMyPassport was a great service for expediting my business passport. The website gave clear steps to complete the process. I had a question about documents, so i chatted with a service rep, and she was very informative. I received email updates about the status of my order. I also received request emails, reminding me of documents that i had not submitted yet. Overall, I will recommend this service to all of my co-workers.

At first it was a bit overwhelming and at one point I needed to contact a customer rep from your company who was able to assist me with my questions.
The check off guideline sheet helped with getting the necessary paperwork ready to send. I also had a problem with your web site when I needed to print out my cover letter and UPS shipping label...again your customer service rep assisted me with that. Thank you.

Although everything worked out I was sent to voicemail too many times. In addition when I had a problem it took 5 calls to get all of the info needed regarding the issue.

I needed a passport quickly and these guys got it done.

Very thorough, with fool proof check lists to make sure one has everything in order to process a passport. They even tell you where the nearest UPS store is to you to drop off your documents.

It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

My overall experience was positive. There was some delay(s)receiving my passport & card however but I do not attribute them to this company.

My first call to your customer service department did not go well. I actually asked the person if she liked her job because she was so rude.

My second request was sent by email...and I received NO response.

Finally, UPS just threw the envelope on the front porch...never rang the bell or got a signature and we found it laying out there when we went out.

The process was simple and accurate.

Great service - great value. Would definately use them again.

I was pleased that my passport came in a timely manner and I was kept informed of it's progress!
