I had bought a ticket to japan and found out a week before i was leaving that my passport was expiring the day before I got back. There was no way that the airline would let me fly like this. In a hurried panic i searched online to find a way to get my passport done in less than a week. I found rushmypassport and called. They assured me that it would arrive the day before my trip. I called a thursday. It was memorial day weekend. Once they got everything they needed from me, it took them 2 days to finish everything and the next day I had my passport. Very satisfied and so very much relieved.
