Ben Figueroa was my passport case manager. I was working to get my passport VERY quickly due to going to see my son last minute who is in the Navy. The Navy was being very persistent on the time and Ben was very patient and helpful making sure everything was handled. Was extremely knowledgable and made me feel comfortable in leaving my mothers passport in his hands. We had to travel international within a few days and for medical treatment so it was a bit nerve racking until I spoke with Ben.he erased any doubts I had. I've actually used your service before for my son but had a little more time before we traveled with him in the past.
