When I found out that the airlines won't allow me to fly Internationally because my passport was due to expire in less than 90 days from my return I needed to get it renewed at once.

RushMyPassport did a fantastic job at explaining exactly what I needed for proper documentation and provided terrific status updates. However, UPS totally dropped the ball on delivery. I had to rush to the depot at the very last second to pick up my passport before my vacation had to be totally cancelled. I paid extra for 24hr delivery and did not get any delivery at all. Luckily, I lived close enough to the depot to be able to drive there and retrieve my passport personally. The situation was extremely upsetting and the UPS counter clerk was rude and condescending. Please consider using another carrier. But, Thank you again for your exceptional service.
