I was very satisfied with "Rush my Passport's" prompt expediting service. The customer representative was very thorough & professional when it came time to ensuring that all the necessary documents were filled out correctly and that all other paperwork, attachments & payment were executed properly. I will definitely use their services again in the future when needed.
My experience was fantastic. I was a bit frazzled, but the service got me to relax. I was helped by William Weaver who was extremely helpful and took care of everything really quickly. I'm glad I only have to renew every 10 years, but I'll refer anyone else to your site in the future.

Needed my passport in a hurry and did not feel comfortable with the government's "expedited service", so I did some research and tried RushMyPassport.com. I was assigned a specific case worker, William Weaver, who contacted me, explained all the details until I fully understood them and kept me informed via email and phone alerts of each step as he proceeded in processing my passport. This is the best way to get a passport, even if you are not in the most urgent situation. They have everything laid out step-by-step so there are no surprises; no standing in lines only to find out you are missing something, etc. The price is really not as expensive as you would think, considering they are basically holding your hand through the whole process, and actually doing all the work for you. Each person who answers the phone knows the entire situation so you never have to wait for just the right person to get your questions answered. You get an email as each important step occurs, which is fantastic. I highly recommend them; I have used them three times already and I will use their service again and again.
After reading all the steps i was hesitant. I needed my passport fast so i purchased the 3-5 business days option and it really did arrive within that time frame. You cant get your passport picture at walgreens or cvs which was really helpful.

They answered all my questions, I was always able to reach someone, and they communicated with us through both email and phone every step of the way. They got us our our expired passport renewed so quickly, I did not even think it was possible but they did. William Weaver was our case manager and he was great!
I'm happy with the RushMyPassport services. They communicate with you via e-mail every step of the way. I used their service to not only renew my passport but to also request a US Passport Card. I received both in the rush time frame I requested. You also have a contact person whom you can call if you have any questions. I would recommend them to friends and use them again in 10 years(!). Lol.
Everything was easy and fast and I got my baby's passport in 7 business days, exactly what I've paid for. I really appreciate the clear instructions and that a customer service representative would go over it with you by phone and make sure that you got everything right. I gave it four stars only because the wait on the phone was too long to the point where I had to hang up few times after a 20 minutes wait, until I read some reviews and someone mentioned that you have to wait for at least 25 minutes before someone picks up.
I would definitely use the service again if needed and would recommend friends to use it as well.
I was not sure exactly what to expect but I was thrilled that my passport renewal and new US ID card were processed very fast and efficiently. I needed to correct a couple errors and omissions and customer service reached out to me quickly and we got them settled. Best of all--I never spoke to the same person with my questions and issues but everyone was right on top of my case which was very refreshing!
