After signing-up I was assisted by (a human representative) AMIE FIGUEROA who graciously walked me through the process step-by-step. All questions were answered with professional courtesy and patience which is more often absent in the service sector.
Notifications were promptly available throughout the process alerting me of the progress from beginning to end so that all concerns or anxiety's were eliminated.
The service was a bit pricy but it was worth it by -- eliminating the multiple trips to a government agency, that would have been made due to small errors or mistakes and the delays that would have been encountered and the time off from work -- yes -- for me the price was acceptable.
I've been very pleased with the service RushMyPassport provided. We had to renew a child's passport in a rush and picked this company based on the customer reviews, Wall Street journal article and the clarity of instructions on the website. It was a good choice! The reps were very responsive and professional and helped us realize that one important piece needed to be added to the package (a certified translation of a marriage certificate from another country). After we realized that obtaining this extra document would take additional time, we upgraded to a 2-day service and received the passport very promptly. I especially liked the e-mail notifications clearly stating the status of the order - it's really good to be informed! Overall, great work and we'll use them again, if needed.
I had to get a long copy of my birth certificate, whice I was able to expedite from Austinm, Texas. I received it three days lkater and had mny infoirmation sealked and returned to rushmypassport...I had the completed passpoirt within a few days! Great place and nice people!

Could not have been easier. Received both passport booklet & card on a Thursday after sending out my documents on Monday, this was a full week before the guaranteed delivery date. I travel internationally at least once a month and cannot afford to be without a passport. 100% satisfaction.
