I would have been in real trouble had I just mailed the form and old passport to the State Department. Turns lout the form I had completed did not have the second bar code. Rush My Passport Customer service contacted me immediately when they saw that my form did not have the bar code. They gave me explicit, clear instructions on what to do, and then they took it from there. I can't say how happy I was with the entire experience ( they keep me informed each step of the way) and I am thrilled that i decided to use their service. My wife will certainly use it when she needs her passport renewed.

I had a problem with my existing passport and they were very helpful. The only criticism I have is they use UPS for shipping and UPS failed to deliver my documents on time.
