I would like to thank James Rosier for all the help that he gave me in getting our passports in such a short time. I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me. He walked me through the process step by step from the phone or through email. He was very prompt with returning emails. I was so worried that I wouldn't do something right and not get the passports in time. The passports came 5 days earlier that they told us they would be here. Thanks again James.
They did what they say the do and everyone was courteous and available to answer questions.
I did not give 5's for a few small reasons.
1) It seems expensive to pay someone to stand in line for you at the passport agency to do what you could do after you prepare all of the documentation. However, time is money and that is what you are paying them for.
2) I called on a Tuesday to discuss when if someone would be available on Thursday to stand in line. Verbally I was told yes. When I called Wednesday to confirm payment this was no longer available and I had wait until Friday. So then I had to pay for Saturday delivery. Until money exchanges, nothing is guaranteed.
3) I did not receive my final shipment email confirm the product shipped until well after it arrived. I had to call and confirm when it was shipping and get the confirmation number. Seems like for the amount I paid this would be provided automatically.
At any rate, overall it was not a bad experience and if you are in a bind to get a quick passport and do not have time to stand in line this is a viable option. I think there are other cheaper options but I know rush my passport worked.

My experience with this company was great. I had my passport within 2 weeks, even though I had to send in additional information.
