Everyone on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. The customer service agent I spoke to during the second step of the project was proactive in realizing my timeline was a little tighter than we thought and so helped recommend changing the service to "rush" based on the available appointment date with the passport agency. My passport showed up in time, and I was very happy with everything. I would NOT have been able to get my passport in time were it not for this service.
