The post office stopped helping with passports at 4pm and you found a library with services open till 8pm and I was able to get my package overnighted and expressed back on a Saturday by noon.
I will tell everyone I know who needs a quick turn-around on a passport to use you.

I was very impressed with how thorough and quick this service was. Other services I shopped would have taken much longer with the same service. This process is very precise and can be confusing, but the customer service representative was patient and explained step by step. I would definitely refer Rush my Passport to others in the same emergency situation we were in.
I had a lot of questions and called about 5 times. The staff all were extremely pleasant and helpful. There were some inconsistencies in advising what items needed to be forwarded for processing. A slightly revised check-off list saying for instance which items go in the sealed envelope and which items your firm needs copies of. I was given different advice by bs couple of employees. I'm not blaming the staff, I just feel things could be a little clearer.
