My husband is one of those people that waits for the last minute to decide on whether to go on a vacation or not! When he finally did decide, it was too late to get my sons passport thru the regular way. I was a bit nervous using rushmypassport, but I am so happy that I did and that this was available. My son is now able to go fishing to Canada with his Dad and extended family.

After realizing I needed my passport renewed 8 days before my flight, rushmypassport.com came to the rescue. I had bought the three day option, but when it came time to mail everything in, Johanna Jablon (a kind customer assistant) acknowledged the government backlog and downgraded me to the five-six day option. I assembled the required documents and sent my passport in. One week later, it was fully renewed and in my hands.
