As advertised, processed and delivered my renewal in a timely manner and with great customer service through the process.
I was pleasantly surprised by the faster than promised speed of rushmypassport.com and by its professionalism at every step of the way. To start things off, I received insightful travel advice which helped me to decide which level of service I should select, and later experienced their customer service department's swift eagerness to help me solve an error on my already in-route application so my passport would not be rejected by the U.S. State Department. I also liked the regular daily or twice daily updates by email and several automated phone call updates I received at every step of the process that let me know where my application was and at what stage of processing it was in.
Finally, my passport arrived two days earlier than promised, which amazed me especially seeing that it arrived on a Saturday morning. I overnighted my passport renewal applicable package to rushmypassport.com on a Wednesday late afternoon, and received my new passport from the government on Saturday morning at 9:05 AM. Start-to-finish this was less than three days after I sent my application off and more than two full days sooner than rushmypassport.com promised (they promised "Monday mid-day", with my trip being on Tuesday).
