Our experience was amazing and so worth it! The passport being renewed was unique... as the last passport issued was when our son was 8 yrs old, and his driver's license liscense was issued less than six months ago, so we had to provide additional secondary sources of identification. Great people, instructions and follow through. Received our passports as promised and within the estimated time frame. The only thing I could suggest is that if you send two passport requests in the same envelope, there should be better communication on the return status. I was told both were in the same shipment and only received one. The other followed up the next day but there was just a little stress not knowing where my wife's passport was.
Only one problem in the end- the FedEX package was delivered to the mailbox next to the street, and not to the house--very risky, and, I believe, against the rule for US mail only in the mailbox.

The delivery was slower than expected but may have been due to the government shutdown. There was some confusion about the passport fee with the Rush customer service but overall I was satisfied with the service.

I have not seen my new passport yet because I am traveling in the us dince December 2018 until June 2019.
