I had not heard of Rugs.com until I was in need of lamps for my bedroom. A fire in my home left me with only the clothes I escaped in. I was able to secure a short term rental but literally had nothing to fill it with except an air mattress. I began searching for lamps and came upon Rugs.com. They had a lovely pair of lamps in the color and size I wanted. They arrived within a day or so after the order was placed. They were exactly as pictured. I get compliments on them all the time. I kept going back to the site to look for a simple rug for the living room. I couldn't believe I found a 4x6 hang knotted wool rug from India on sale for $40. I definitely recommend Rugs.com for anyone who wants quality home furnishings at a reasonable price.

I am so sorry that you weren't happy with your rug. I have reviewed your order and I don't see that any additional fee was added to your return. The only fee that was deducted from your return was the return shipping fee.
The cost to return is based on the item you are returning. Your return cost will be displayed when you process your return and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.
