Ordering the rug was a simple process and the rug is true to the photos. My only gripe is that the rug is much thinner than I expected and will need a rug pad.

I bought a rug for $910. Didn't like it in the space. They wanted nearly $200 for return shipping. Negotiated them down to $110. Won't use them again.
