The site is setup reasonably well to narrow down choices based on size needed. I tend to load a cart up to review several times before making a final selection. Have purchased several rugs this year and pleased with the service. Good job of quick shipping and packaging is always in good shape.
Overall the experience is not bad but the filters don't work well so had to turn them off in order to find what I was looking for. Also, define filters so people understand what a traditional vs geometric rug are. As they work now, I am not sure that provides the right results.

The company advertises free shipping and free returns so I ordered 7 rugs as I wasn't sure which one would look best in the desired area. I had a $450 credit from a previous purchase so applied that to the order. Upon receiving them, I immediately decided and returned 6. They eventually credited me in 3 tranches but I noticed that they didn't credit me for the entire $450 but only about $100 on the rug I kept. When I inquired, no one could explain it so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me that the $450 had been applied to the entire order?! In other words, the ones I returned! When I asked..."You mean if I had ordered just the one rug I ended up keeping, you would have deducted the entire $450 from it, right?" He said "yes"! In other words, I ended up paying $350 more for the one rug because I ordered and "tried on" 6 others that I returned! This truly is I deceptive advertising! I have ordered a couple of rugs from them but no more!
We purchased a rug and the extra thicker backing which i would highly recommend. Well worth the extra money. The rug laid down really nice. The wrinkles were gone within 24 hours. Love the rug and the design. The rug or the runner didn't have any chemical smells which was really nice. The rug is Gorgeous and the price was great! I would definitely order again.

I ordered online and the rug was exactly as described. It's a gorgeous rug and looks fabulous on my back porch. It is wound very tightly and it's necessary to put something on the edges to hold it down for a couple of days but that's pretty standard for delivery area rugs.

The only small complaint is I never received an email when it shipped so I came home one day to a surprise delivery.

This rug is beautiful! It is perfect for my front entryway. I'm still trying to flatten it out the creases with heavy books and it seems to be working nicely. Shipping was fast too. Definitely recommend.
