Very easy to order. The rugs were delivered within two or three days. I love the quality and bright colors.

It was very easy to order the rug. It arrived in 2 days. It looks just like it was pictured. It's more plush than I imagined. It looks great in my space and makes my space feel cosy. I'm very happy with it.

The rug is beautiful and in great condition, however our 10x12 rug was shipped to us folded up into a small rectangle. We had to reroll it 3 times and vacuum it multiple times to get the fold marks out of it. We wish it was shipped and delivered rolled normal and sealed.

It is the best. I have ordered a total of 3 rugs and have been very satisfied with the quality and product. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing area rugs.

I picked it out and ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday. It looks terrific and perfectly fits what I was looking for. I'll be needing a couple of runners and I know right where I'll go.

I've ordered quite a few rugs from you in the past, always a good experience...this last one came in the wrong size...your customer service said I needed to take photos to prove this...I'm 77 yrs old not into all this tech or photos, etc...it shouldn't have to be this hard.?.
