I ordered this beautiful rug. It's still beautiful but all wrinkled. They shipped it all folded up like a piece of paper. It should have been on a roll. Now all the folds remain. I'm on hold with customer service all morning. They've hung up on me twice. There are always two callers ahead of me when I call back. Something is not right with this company.
Quick and economical rugs - delivery right on time. Driver exceptionally polite and nice. Variety of choices, sizes and colors was wonderful.

I purchased a rug and a pad from rugs.com. When we opened the pad, we realized the rug was going to be too large for our space. I called to get return information and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He got us set up to return the rug and pad we ordered, and I just now ordered the rug and pad in the correct size. I was very impressed with their customer service. I'm excited to get the new rug!
