Buyer Beware!
February 20, 2022

I recently purchased a Ruggable rug and it arrived with multiple flaws. The company agreed, based on photos I provided and offered a exchange less $25 "processing fee". The second rug arrived also flawed-the binding had multiple gaps and loose threads (see photos). Ruggable agreed, based on photos I provided, that the rug is flawed but stated any further exchange was "prohibited" and offered a 25% refund on the original purchase price. Buyer beware- this company does not inspect the quality of the rug prior to shipping and does not warranty their expensive product.

Bought several samples because so many people say the coloring on the website is innaccurate. I received the samples and desided not to purchase a rug because they are so flimsy but was stuck with all the samples because they do not allow returns on samples. I think this company much of their profits on restocking fees or nonreturnable items like samples. Rediculous that you cannot return a sample. Have never heard of such a thing. Shady company. Just check out their BBB rating.

I ordered one 3 x 5 rug. I am sure that I didn't add extra rugs by mistake because this was a trial only. I ordered a rug for my front door, with the rug pad to see how I liked them. It only took 3 days to arrive, so that was good. However, there were TWO rugs in the box instead of one. So I checked my account and noticed that another (3rd?) identical rug was being delivered in 2 weeks for which I was charged $90. So, in essence, they screwed up my entire order. I notice that they charge a restocking fee for returned items, plus I'm assuming the customer pays shipping. I'm not paying for their mistake. In addition I received an email saying that I signed up for their "Spill Club" (whatever that is), and they needed me to click on the email link to validate it (I did not). I have contacted customer service to try to resolve this situation, but after reading the reviews, I'm not sure I will be satisfied.

The rug itself is well made, and the velcro rug pad is extremely sticky, and seems to be a very good quality. There are little pockets in the corners of the pad to tuck in the cover. I don't think it will roll up. The weave of the rug is very flat, but I didn't buy a plush rug, so I expected that. The color of the rug is too vibrant and does not exactly match the picture, which is more muted. I would not have purchased it if I had seen it in a store. Perhaps a different rug would be better, IDK. The "system" seems like it might work, though.

I don't mind the product. They have the worse customer service ever! Just pray your order is right and you don't have to try and contact them!

Where is my refund? They owe me about $200 I saw the refund in my bank statement was $27.15. Where is the phone number I can call and speak to someone?

I purchased a ruggable recently. The edges were damaged upon arrival and it did not come clean as advertised. I have no pets. I washed due to normal foot traffic, nothing crazy. I washed the rug and it came out looking worse than before I had washed it. I have a brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer set so I know they work well. I washed according to their own instructions. When I asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay for return shipping. That wasn't good enough for me because it was an 8×10 rug, it would have been expensive. Then they afford me a replacement rug. Why would I want another rug that wasn't as desired? I declined that option. Then they offered me 50% refund. Again I declined and asked to speak with someone above their manager. At that point they offered me a full refund. It was such a pain. And don't get me started on how difficult it was to lay the dang rug. There is no way those 5 star ratings are accurate. YouTube it. There are plenty of complaints. They just try and make people happy with rug replacements and pay people to give good reviews.

Disappointed and underwhelmed
September 24, 2021

I was hesitant to purchase from Ruggable based on their reviews but fell in love with one of their Jonathan Adler designs, the black and ivory ink drop. After searching high and low on every site I could find, I decided to go ahead and take my chances and buy the rug. I also bought a small door rug. I was extremely disappointed with both rugs. They look cheap. Appears that the pattern is printed on a blank ‘canvas'. The colors are not at all like the photos shown and the ivory part had a blue tint. These rugs may be good for college kids, apartment living or to be put somewhere you aren't going for a polished look. Otherwise save yourself the $25 pee item return fee and don't be seduced by the cool designs. Also, the pads you put underneath are SUPER NOISY…who wants that!?

Canadian Buyers Beware
November 3, 2019

Although Ruggable sells to Canadians, what is not made entirely clear is the fact that the free return policy applies only to US purchases. I just paid $40 Canadian to return a purchase. Canadian buyers beware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it will cost you!
