This was my first order, & I'm just so happy to have found a supplier who's product is exactly as shown, & quality & fit are better than I could have imagined. I'm not far off 80, but love trendy tops, & the two I bought in 8-10 size are both age suitable & make me feel nice. I'd recommend Rotita to anyone! Thanks so much.
I bought a swim dress, super cute. Rcvd the suit and the color was a washed out version of what is shown on line. The hot pink was more like a putrid faded pink orange, so disappointed as I was taking it on vacation real soon. Trying to get customer service to help has become a merry go round nightmare...I keep getting Brinda, an on line chat rep, who has made numerouse promises to resolve w no results, ticket #s and even abandoned my chat twice in one day. They can not guarantee the color issue will be resolved, if I asked for a replacement. All Im asking at this point, is a full refund with no return fee charged to me, as the reason for return is an error on the part of Rotita. Cant reach anyone...my order# and images below are proof enough of purchase without disclosing more personal info
Rotita quickly responded to my comments about the inconvenience of returns. They are allowing me to return some of the items. I chose to use their $9.99 USPS label, which they emailed to me promptly. One email asked me to send them a photo of the return package. Another said nothing about a photo. Overall, for the price, I don't regret this experience. I trust a refund will be fair and quick.

Know before you buy! This was my 1st purchase. I ordered several items to check out the company. They arrived within the promised delivery range, which was a couple weeks after the order. I wanted to keep a couple items and return others. Nope. Can't. If you want to return anything, you have to return everything. No partial returns. Also, Rotita warns they are not responsible if returned items get lost or damaged. It's fair, sure, but the warning makes me afraid to return the items. Now I'm stuck with items that don't fit great but I'd rather keep them than risk returning them and being refused a refund. Lesson learned. I won't buy from Rotita again. I'll stick with Amazon.

Delivery took forever. I kept 1 of three items ordered and am very satisfied with it. One item was returned because it was not good for my body type the other I loved style but material was flimsy. Had trouble filling out return info. Sent it off just hope I get proper credit. I would think twice about ordering again.

Sowshi was very nice and kind. I was trying to make a return and wasn't receiving the label. She worked it out and it came through so that I could print it. This happened before. Your company needs to get a phone line for open communication not to mention making returns uneventful. Not sure I will order anything that may need to be returned again.
My experience was good. I stressed over the delivery because I have had issues with my orders being delivered to someone else several times but this came okay. The quality of the swimwear material is good and the items looked like the photos except that they look much better on their models than on me
I think I have bought four swimsuits from your company over the past two or three years. I absolutely love the fit. They have fit perfectly better than any other swimsuit I've had. At that makes me very happy and pleased with rotitia However my last and current order took a very long time. I finally did get it but now I need to exchange the shirt because it's too small. Usually I've been ordering medium because it's a large is been too big. But I only received half my order. I still have not received the other suit that I ordered. So that is made me a little disappointed

Trying to order items is difficult, most of the time I can't open the link. Returning an item is extremely difficult. Why do customers have to pay shipping when purchasing and then again when returning?
Some of the clothes I purchase are ok but I find they never look like the photos when you receive them which I think is deceiving. I really research the reviews and material type prior to purchasing an item.

It was very difficult finding someone to talk to about the problems I was experiencing online ordering. Even when I did she didn't sort the problem (she said she had, but the problem continued.) I was also told that someone would get back to me. They didn't, so I went through the chat box again and got someone else, who also said my issue was being prioritised and I would be contacted. I never was (this was almost a fortnight ago.) In the end the problem resolved itself and I was able to place my order, but I have no idea what caused the problem, why it resolved, if it will happen again. As for the extremely long wait - hopefully this time it won't take nearly two months to arrive. The tracking info doesn't ever work so I don't know where it is. It does feel quite risky buying from these guys, but at least the products have always been excellent when they turn up. I'm hoping my order will arrive soon. Clearly Rotita think they should have arrived, since they're asking me to review them. I take this as a hopeful sign.
Habe die Ware endlich doch noch erhalten. Nach mehreren E-Mail Rückfragen bei der Firma Rotita konnte man mir doch noch helfen. Bin trotzdem zufrieden, obwohl die Lieferung und schon längst bezahlte Ware sehr lange gedauert hat (über zwei Monate) und ich bestimmt nicht mehr bei dieser Firma bestellen werde. Auch entspricht die Ware farblich nicht exakt der Beschreibung im Facebook.

I'm not happy wirh how some of the dresses fit although they're supposed to be the same size. I do not know the difference between a size 16 and 18 as the size guide has XL.US 16-18. How do I get a Size 16 which is my US size and not 18 which is too big for me.

I ordered three bathing suits within a few days of each other. One bathing suit has arrived and now I'm being told that the other bathing suits would be delayed because of Mother's Day. I'm not satisfied with that answer. We shall see how my experience will be if I receive these bathing suits within the next few days
I never got my swimsuit I ordered only because when I ordered they said it would be here in 5 to 7 days. After 7 days it was still not shipped. Coming from China who knew when it would get here. I needed it for my vacation so I cancelled my order.

The service we received was excellent. The sizes are hard to zero in on. Some "small " items are huge while others are tiny.

I can't say I am dissatisfied or overly thrilled. I ordered some dress. I was looking for ones that I could wear to weddings or parties. The ones I ordered, looked like they would be perfect. The dresses I received were definitely more casual. They are made nice, and look nice. Just not what I was looking for.
In October I ordered a red sequined blouse to wear to my grandson's wedding in December and then hopefully our annual Christmas party. I was told via email it would arrive no later than November 28. It didn't come until last week so therefore I was unable to wear it to my grandsons wedding. When it did arrive and I tried it on, and I was very disappointed with it. The fabric is heavy and the size too large.
Swimsuit as pictured online. Bottom edge of top did not have a finished edge. Fit was overall good except top pulls across the top of bust. Not enough to be noticed. Overall satisfied with swimsuit. It's pretty and a good value.
