I generally love Ross-Simons jewelry. It is simple, classic, understated, beautiful, and affordable. I recently purchased a sapphire necklace that was not properly represented in the advertisement. The stone did not have a hint of blue and the chain was clunky. I will return this piece of jewelry.

Ok experience overall. I expected the bracelet to be heavier, since the original price was much higher and I bought it on clearance. In reality, it was probably worth only what I paid. No real deal.

The diamond necklace was beautiful but the diamond bracelet looked nothing like the picture and the diamonds are very low quality and dirty. Super disappointed.

I bought this bracelet as a surprise gift for my wife whose birthday is next week. The package came with clear identification that it was from Ross-Simons. My wife got the mail from our mailbox and the surprise is no longer.
