The first ring I ordered, I decided I wanted a bigger size BEFORE my item shipped. I reached out to customer service, and they said my item had already shipped and they could not change the size for me. Days later, I reached out again stating that I had not received tracking information. The customer service rep said they had to ship it again. Of course, I was sent the original size ring which did not fit. If they had to "ship again" days later, why not change the order as I had requested before my item shipped. I did not want to purchase from you again because of this but I know these ring sizes now as they seem to vary depending on where you buy. I have since then purchased over $700.00 worth of jewelry for Christmas presents ( you're welcome) and just praying all goes well. Giving the first ring to my daughter so I do not have to deal with return annoyances.

We see that you did receive a prepaid label from us in April of 2023 to send a ring back for a repair or exchange. We never received the ring back from you. We always accept pieces back for inspection if there is an issue. The ring you just purchased is beautiful, and we hope you love it!
