Shopping at Ross has always been easy from beginning to checkout
I ordered a ring and a bracelet. The bracelet is amazing. The ring however, is hollow! The description does not state that the ring is hollow. I wore it one time and it's dented. I have emailed the company to return this. Descriptions need to indicate something is hollow if it is hollow!
I purchased 2 gold rings. The 14k zigzag band is of excellent quality. However, 10k gold Byzantine band is poorly crafted and VERY soft. It bends at the slightest touch. I didn't know jewelry could be so fragile. The details are sloppy and the ring looks cheap and fake. One good purchase, one not so much.

I got earrings for my girlfriend, and she loves them. They looked as expected and I came back to get the matching necklace.
The pieces are nice but they tend to be fragile. Stones fall out and claps break. They are good about repairing/replacing the item so that's a plus. Will try again and see if this higher priced item is better quality.
