Cheap plastic and paint was smeared and light. It was to be a Christmas gift but I won't give it now
I ordered a gift for my mom, and it came falling apart and very faded. It looks like a 3rd grader made it. The quality is horrible.

Shopping fine, delivery slow but disappointed by end product.
Paid extra for quick delivery, didn't happen goods rurned up last week. Had ro go and buy a different christmas present. When the goods came not of a good standard. Will not be buying from them again.
Satisfied with your product, you had it ready for shipment in a timely manner but USPS took 10 days to pick up and deliver the product, way too long.
I placed an order after seeing this product online. The photos showed what looked like metallic lettering and quality frame. What received was in short, disappointing. The quality of the frame is low and the print is a cheaply done. I am extremely disappointed in this product and will never purchase from your organization again. False advertising for terrible quality outcome. Very disappointing.
Got a review email, still haven't received my item over a month later.
I ordered this gift as a christmas present and we are going on over 1 month for my package to be delivered! I sent an email and they said they would get my order out ASAP and that was 2 weeks ago! I still haven't recieved my order!
If I knew it was coming from other countries I would have purchased somewhere else
Ordered this 12/2/24 it is 1/19/25 and I still have yet to receive it, supposedly it has been shipped but at this point I believe this is a scam. I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer care.

Almost one month since my order was suppose to be delivered and I still have not received it. Most unprofessional company every and besides never having anything g to do with them in the future I will post negative reviews and cautions about dealing with the them!

Product was good just took a little longer to get to me so i missed the date I wanted to give the gift on. But overall pretty good service.
Supposed to take 5-7 business days, took over a month to receive.
They need to start getting their products out faster. I ordered my gift for my girlfriend a week before Christmas and I just barely got it. So watch out for that if it's for a gift to some one order it months in advance.
