Supposed to take 5-7 business days, took over a month to receive.
They need to start getting their products out faster. I ordered my gift for my girlfriend a week before Christmas and I just barely got it. So watch out for that if it's for a gift to some one order it months in advance.
It's been over a month and my item hasn't arrived. No eta of when it would come either.

I received my product and really like it! However, none of the tracking info or links worked making it impossible to follow the shipping process.
The service and quality was good value for the price. My minor complaint was the tracking website for the order. It often provided tracking for a package in 2022, but eventually worked. Other than that, I had a good experience and will order again.

First, the product was supposed to be a Thanksgiving gift, besides that fact that RoseFeels says it was delivered the day after, we never received it, and checking with the postal service the day after Thanksgiving was a new driver to our route, so it could have wound up at any farmhouse. Then they wouldn't return our messages until we had our credit card company fill a dispute.Then they still kept harassing us!

The UP adventure book was the best Christmas gift idea I could get for my girlfriend. My girlfriend and her family all cried when she unwrapped and showed it off.
Shipping was advertised as 3-8 business days. It took 5 weeks to get my item that I intended for a Christmas present. The link to the app that was provided gave general info, such as "your product has been shipped" but to see details of where my item was, I had to pay for the app.
Customer service did respond within 24 hours. The product is nice. The chain on the necklace doesn't look the same quality as the necklace pendant.
If the shipping would have been declared to be over a month, I never would have ordered.
