First, the product was supposed to be a Thanksgiving gift, besides that fact that RoseFeels says it was delivered the day after, we never received it, and checking with the postal service the day after Thanksgiving was a new driver to our route, so it could have wound up at any farmhouse. Then they wouldn't return our messages until we had our credit card company fill a dispute.Then they still kept harassing us!
I love the item I purchased but it just took to long to receive my item, almost 4 weeks
The UP adventure book was the best Christmas gift idea I could get for my girlfriend. My girlfriend and her family all cried when she unwrapped and showed it off.
Shipping was advertised as 3-8 business days. It took 5 weeks to get my item that I intended for a Christmas present. The link to the app that was provided gave general info, such as "your product has been shipped" but to see details of where my item was, I had to pay for the app.
Customer service did respond within 24 hours. The product is nice. The chain on the necklace doesn't look the same quality as the necklace pendant.
If the shipping would have been declared to be over a month, I never would have ordered.

I ordered two personalized cutting boards on 11/27/24 and my card was billed on 11/29/24. I had planned to give them to my siblings for Christmas. I have attempted to resolve the issue through multiple emails. It is now 1/2/25 and I've received nothing… not even a poor excuse.
I did receive this email asking for me to rate my experience. I'm mixed on whether this is best described as ironic or insulting.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service and was told it was shipped that's it.
I order an item over a month ago and never received the item although my account was charged. I reached out customer service and was advised that the item was on the way with a link to a somewhat vague delivery progress chart. I would not use this company again for anything.
The chain keeps wanting to knot up and does not seem to rectify.
Ordered in early December, a month later still no delivery. Do not buy from this company!

I can't review something I've never received. How were they shipped and when
I ordered a country style vase with the names of my kids on it with their birth flowers. The print was small and illegible. It was also printed on the vase crookedly, and smaller than was advertised. When I asked for a refund they offered 25%. The vase was $60. Not even worth the money paid. I am deeply disappointed, will not use them again and will warn others against purchasing from RoseFeels.
Deliverer did not bring my wife's gift to my complex. Could not contact deliverer, entire website was in mandarin. Now my gift is lost in the USPS system.
Your time frame was completely false, and due to that this special gift never made it in time. You said 5-8 shipping days. In America that means the entire order is completed and in route. Highly dissatisfied with this and absolutely pissed it was not in time for the occasion especially when I ordered it 12/6/24 it's almost a month since I placed the order. I have yet to open it and see it so we shall see if that's another let down as the shipping was.
