Frame was damaged when we received it- corner was broken off
I ordered two gifts (12.18.24) a week before Christmas (12.25.24)and paid for express delivery… I did not receive them until 01/17/25. It took a month to receive. I was glad to receive the gifts and very satisfied with the product but it wasn't right I payed 25 dollars extra to wait an entire month to receive my order.
Placed order on 12-5. Never received my child didn't get a gift because of this. All she wanted was that ring. Never shop with this online store
Ordered an Anniversary gift on October 2nd and was told 9-12 business days. I ordered the gift weeks before my Anniversary to ensure it would arrive in time. It arrived on November 2nd. When I reached out (already 13 business days had passed), I got sorry it's taking so long and they forwarded me the tracking link. The package was still in China the day of my Anniversary. Even if it arrived in time my Anniversary was the 17th business day. No rush to get the package to me as promised, zero accountability for being late and it may as well have been a robot communicating with me, no customer service. Best part, still paid full price for my package to be delivered 22 business days later. Horrible experience.
I never received my order, even after multiple emails. I kept getting told they had received many orders and mine would be dished and ship within 3-5 days.
Product is great quality for the price. It will definitely earn some brownie points.

I ordered a custom picture for my grandma for Christmas on December 6th and it said it would be 5-8 business days to ship it out, it's January 6th now and I still haven't received my order! The tracking info page is awful and doesn't tell you at all where your order is or an estimate on when it'll arrive and the customer service lady isn't very helpful either! Very disappointed with everything so far! Hopefully not a scam.
It was very easy to order, and no issues receiving on time. The product is very good quality and our family will love this special gift.
I ordered a custom picture for my wife and paid extra to have it expedited. It took almost a month to get here and a full week after they said it shiooed out. The wood base is cheap and wont atand up, but the trinket people are suoer cute.
It took over a month to receive my order. When I ordered at the beginning of December, I was under the impression that it would arrive before Christmas, it took more than two weeks after Christmas to arrive. Had I known that from the beginning, I would have ordered elsewhere. Tracking my order in the beginning was difficult on their site and they didn't even start processing my order until after Christmas, I had to email and ask the status of my order. *They did respond quickly to my email* It took a took over a week once my order was finished for it to be processed from China. Upon my order arriving, the entire thing fell apart as soon as I took it out of the shipping package. The materials used are low quality, it feels cheap. Based on my experience, I do not recommend.
Never received items. Website is a scam. Luckily was able to dispute it and get my money back.

I ordered a cook book for my fiancé as a Christmas gift. I placed my order in November and did not receive my purchase until mid January. The product was cheaply made and wasn't even close to how it was described or pictured. When I contacted rose feels about my concerns they offered a 20% refund but wouldn't address the fact that I didn't get what I ordered. Never again
I still haven't received what I ordered at the beginning of December. It is now January.
