It took a MONTH to have this delivered and the quality is pitiful compared to what is shown "on the site". SUPER thin, easily breakable and smaller than shown. Overall its pretty but definitely not worth $82.95
If I could exchange the ones I bought for wallet size picture holders that would be wonderful.

I paid extra for expedited shipping and the "VIP service" and received neither! Everything is made in China and then shipped overseas so it takes weeks to get and then the quality of the product is horrible. The "y" in my son's name doesn't even look like a letter. I will definitely never buy from this company again!
I ordered this item as a birthday gift over a month before recipient's birthday. I've yet to receive it and their birthday has come and gone. So now we are going on 8 weeks since I place my order. Never again.

I got the pieces with no instructions. The base didn't hold it up. I couldn't get the figures to sit on it without the falling off. I tried to glue the base. It still was wobbly. I am not sure how it was supposed to work.
When first ordered it said 5-7 shipping days. Now over a month later still hasn't arrived and tracking is not great at all. Very disappointed as it said it would be here before Christmas and was a gift for my girlfriend that did not show up on time. I would not purchase anything from here again.
My order was over a month late, and was incomplete. I could not be more dissatisfied or disappointed in the lack of customer service lack of contact ability or with the product itself. I would never use this site again, even if it were free.

I was given a 4-5 day expedited shipping offer on Dec 19th. The package wasn't delivered until 1/17. The option I paid for was not met and likely never possible considering that the item was coming from China.
I ordered 6 necklaces with engraving on them, paid for expediting shipping. Received the necklaces almost 30 days later. Received no expedited shipping and was also missing one necklace. When I emailed asking for details on how to get a refund and ship the necklaces back as these for for Xmas. I received an email asking for a picture if the item. Sent the picture and asked again for instructions on refund. Received email saying they can only give me 15% back. Horrible experience will never purchase from this company again.
