Slow delivery, poor quality.
Frames on both pieces were coming apart.
We had to repair frames with super glue.
Items appear to have been made by high-school sophomores.
I cannot recommend.
I would not / will not order again.
Negative experience
Everything online was simple except I wish I had a choice on placement of the names. When we got to shipping I paid the extra to speed things along but I feel that it still took to long. I couldn't even track it until it made it out of LAX customs checkpoint. Once I did receive it, the product was in a soft bag for shipping. Nothing to prevent from damaging it. Thankfully all was good.
Website was very easy to use. I was able to find what I needed without difficulty.
I placed an order for 107.00 worth of merchandise on 12/2/24. My credit card has been charged, I still do not have the goods as if 1/9/25 with no way to track the shipment other than it has landed in the USA. Total disregard for customer service. I'm hoping to get refunded.
I placed my order 12/11 for a birthday gift. I've emailed multiple times and been told they will expedite the order and shipping and still haven't received it. I sent an email 2 days ago requesting a refund but haven't heard back.

Easy website to follow.i expected the lettering to be a well defined black for easy reading but it's not. I can't even make out the names without a magnifying glass.
The item on line looked like actual wood with metal diecast cut flowers. That is not what I received. The wood is plastic & so are the cut out flowers. The paint was smudged on one of the flowers cause the cut wasnt clean.For the cost of the product it should be better quality

Hello, I purchased a product based on a advertised production and shipping schedule that would have provided a Christmas gift. None of this was true. I reached out multiple times and finally was informed that it shipped on the 29 of December. It's still in china at a sorting center. I have had multiple promises and nothing came through, I will never recommend or use your company again.
I was worried with over 5 flowers, it would look crowded, or uneven, but the results were perfect. Every flower had a ton of detail and it made my mother-in-law cry. It did take longer than expected to get to me, but was worth the wait! Would highly recommend any product.
Took 19 days to get it was the holiday so I get that. I ordered A picture album it had no inserts for pictures, The spelling on the cover was not straight.The album had been painted and it was coming off on my hands. Looked like a 3 year put it together Unable to get a hold of Company
Words on the wooden family tree are crooked. I have emailed you and you requested pictures. I sent those two days ago and have not heard anything further.
What I ordered and what I got was completely different. What was shown that you would receive turn out to be a cheap cheap flimsy piece of board with names and flowers you could barely read or see the flowers. No worth the $80 I spent. I was embarrassed to give it to my mom for her birthday. Oh and it took about a month to get because it comes from China not California. Would love my money back.
This company is a joke. I order a birthday flower plaque, they looked amazing and very good quality on the website but, when I finally received the product(after a month) it looked like something you could pick up at a dollar store. It was on a cheap piece of wood, the color was faded and it was hard to read. I paid $80 for crap. You can't get ahold of the company, it says they are out of California but, it comes from China. I would love my money but, good luck getting a hold of someone in China.
Fair. Product was good. Message not being included with the order was a disappointment.
The website said that the product would be shipped within 5 to 8 days. Apparently that is when it left China. And then it was another 12 days before I actually saw it arrive at my house. It was meant as a Christmas present. But it was two weeks late. The product itself was a good quality. Better than I expected. I was a little shocked at the end price of my product of $80. It makes me wonder what I would've gotten for the $36 that it started out at.
The item took longer than expected to be be delivered, but the product is very nice and very satisfied with it
Ordered a bread board with recipe on it. One letter, very noticeable, was missing. No response back from customer service.
