The frame will not sit up straight figures would not stay on top. Not worth the money I paid.

Waited till way over the promised time for delivery. Didn't get a response till I sent a email 4 times. My item is paid for and still nothing received

Ordered on Dec 26 for a birthday gift on Jan 5. Did not receive until Jan 23rd. Sent me email saying needed to use different format to send but didn't tell what format or where to send it. Very slow in Responding to my emails. Then find out it is made & shipped from China not USA! They did refund me $8 for my troubles. Very little for what it cost! Product looked fine once received but was a big let down after all the trouble & 3 weeks after the birthday it was ordered for.

I purchased a flower wall plaque for my mom for Christmas. I purchased it two weeks prior to Christmas and we are well into the end of January and I still have not received my item… To say I am upset as an understatement and they have been hard to work with! I have been on an email chain with them now for about 6 weeks, trying to get my money back. They have failed to deliver it to the correct address on top of it… not sure what this company is trying to do here but they are missing their mark big time…

Ordered a gift for my mom for Christmas with ample of time to receive it prior. It has been nearly 2 months since I first ordered it. I have reached out by email. I am told to be patient that it would be coming, it never did. Asked for a refund and they send they would make it a priority to ship and give me pennies for my inconvenience that was a month ago. Communication is poor. I am still without a gift for my mom

I just received my board with the handwritten recipe. It is wrong! There are so many words missing the letter "i". I can not give this gift. I am heartbroken. It is absolutely awful. I'm going to see what I can do. I wish I could give a negative star. So I have to give a 1 star.

It's cheap and low quality, not as displayed in ad photos. Deceptive Photos for Poor Quality Product. The personalization is low quality and difficult to see. The color and size is not as represented in photos. The book is advertised as an heirloom but is fragile and obviously won't last long.

Very long delivery time. Took a month to arrive. Finally arrived and had an extra name on it that i did not order. Only offered me a 15% refund instead of a full refund. Paid for a product that i cannot use. Do not recommend purchasing from this buyer

Paid for the express delivery 3 to 4 day delivery and received it a month later. Should have received a credit for the express delivery that was paid for. That didn't happen, Will not be ordering again.

Got my birthstones all wrong well only q outta 4 but still for the month and half it took to get to me idk

I ordered the rose feel necklace as a birthday gift for myself. I wanted an initial paper clip style necklace that looked and feel luxurious at a reasonable price. This necklace met all of my expectations. The design is beautiful and is lightweight..

I made an order and paid extra for fast shipping, I didn't receive it for 2 months and it showed up broken. Never saw a refund for shipping in my account either. Awful experience.

The quality of the embroidered names is poor. Can barely see a the kids names. The cup itself wasn't of quality for the cost. Be glad to provide pictures. To sell a cup for $75 at this quality makes me feel like I was taken advantage of.

It took 6 times to submit order. Very frustrating website. But the product is beautiful. Can't wait to give as a gift.
