This company is a fraud

They took over $130 of my money and never delivered my order. They said it was shipped and even gave me a tracking number but when tracked the USPS has no record of receiving a package to shop. Just the label was printed.

Unfortunately not a good experience

I purchased an item as a gift and was given a 5-8 business day shipping date. I received the gift in 15 business days and I swapped 2 emails with the company and their responses were less than satisfactory instead of answering my concerns and questions the responder just sent me the shipping link. The item purchased didn't come as I ordered. I purchased names to be added to a tree and they forgot to put one name. You may have a better experience with the company but I certainly won't buy anything from them again

Didn't receive item purchased

I purchased an item in November 2023. I tracked the purchase and it said it was delivered on December 1st 2023.However we never received it. I reached out to Rose feel and no one responded. Is this company a fraud. I now spent $40 on a gift that my sister-in-law never received. I am very frustrated with this company.

Not what I requested.

My item was supposed to be made with a red bird. It has a bee on it. The red bird was to represent my brother who passed away 2 years ago. I can't give this to my mom with a bee on it.

Horrible all around

This site would not let me select no stars for the rating. I order from RoseFeels on Dec 12. Suppose to be delivered in 8 or 9 days. I didn't receive my present for my fiancé until 1/12/2024. I will not, would not order anything from them. On top of that I couldn't track the package. I found it in the mailbox then this morning a confirmation email as well asking to rate them. My score is a "0"

Started order with Sterlla company but they no longer had what I wanted. They directed me to Rosefeels. I wanted a leather bracelet with 11 beads but they only had a bracelet with 10 beads. I contacted customer service and they changed the website order form so I could get up to 12 beads. I ordered my bracelet and it shipped and arrived in 19 days during the Christmas rush which was sooner than I had expected as each bead had to be engraved. So I got a quality piece of jewelry for my wife with prompt service and great customer care.

Frustrating

It's been over a month since I ordered an item. Never received it. Couldn't cancel it because, not only did I not receive a confirmation number, I never received even a confirmation email. But my credit card was promptly billed. So, I've paid for nothing and it's long past the date I could have used it.
