O The order took 7 weeks to reach me. I felt like this was a bit long.
They took over $130 of my money and never delivered my order. They said it was shipped and even gave me a tracking number but when tracked the USPS has no record of receiving a package to shop. Just the label was printed.

I purchased an item in November 2023. I tracked the purchase and it said it was delivered on December 1st 2023.However we never received it. I reached out to Rose feel and no one responded. Is this company a fraud. I now spent $40 on a gift that my sister-in-law never received. I am very frustrated with this company.
My item was supposed to be made with a red bird. It has a bee on it. The red bird was to represent my brother who passed away 2 years ago. I can't give this to my mom with a bee on it.
This site would not let me select no stars for the rating. I order from RoseFeels on Dec 12. Suppose to be delivered in 8 or 9 days. I didn't receive my present for my fiancé until 1/12/2024. I will not, would not order anything from them. On top of that I couldn't track the package. I found it in the mailbox then this morning a confirmation email as well asking to rate them. Started order with Sterlla company but they no longer had what I wanted. They directed me to Rosefeels. I wanted a leather bracelet with 11 beads but they only had a bracelet with 10 beads. I contacted customer service and they changed the website order form so I could get up to 12 beads. I ordered my bracelet and it shipped and arrived in 19 days during the Christmas rush which was sooner than I had expected as each bead had to be engraved. So I got a quality piece of jewelry for my wife with prompt service and great customer care.

It's been over a month since I ordered an item. Never received it. Couldn't cancel it because, not only did I not receive a confirmation number, I never received even a confirmation email. But my credit card was promptly billed. So, I've paid for nothing and it's long past the date I could have used it.
