Broken!

The product was already broken when it arrived. The frame is also incredibly cheap and feels ready to fall apart. From looking at other reviews, this is a common occurrence.

Not worth the money

The item I ordered is fine nothing special. I ordered the item on November 25th and by December 12th I finally got an email from the seller saying my address was incomplete and they could not deliver my item and to contact usps. I did and I was told that the item was returned to the seller on December 7th… so I contacted them and asked if they could just ship it else where as my address all looked correct but unfortunately I've had issues with the address being found in the past. They told me if I wanted them to ship it back out I would need to pay 10 more dollars on top of what I had already paid for the item. The item wasn't going to arrive in time anyways as it was a Christmas gift and I really didn't want to waste more money so I asked for a refund which they denied saying that it was my fault and not their own that it never arrived. So now I'm stuck either paying an extra 10 dollars for an item that isn't even gonna come in time to serve its purpose or be out the 70+ dollars I spent on it. All that aside costumer service was awful. Delayed, short, unhelpful responses. That would take 2-3 days for them to get back to. I won't ever be buying from them again and I DON'T recommend others do either.

Terrible Experience

I did not get what I paid for. I paid for 10 names and only received 9. Can't get them to fix this. I have screen shots to prove it. First they offered me 20% of my money back but now they want me to pay an additional $15 for the missing piece. I can't display what I received because it's an incomplete family tree. I spent $70 and it's a loss. Do not order from this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Overall pleased

At first I didn't receive a confirmation email that they received my order. However after contacting them they did respond and verified. The order took almost a month to receive and thankfully I had ordered late November so I got it in time for Christmas. Upon receiving the bracelet, I am very pleased with the way it came out and the box and bag I purchased also. I am pretty sure our friend will love it with his children's names engraved on it but do allow at least a month to receive

You want people to leave good reviews….follow through with delivering people's orders and maybe one day you'll keep customers. As for those of you who haven't purchased anything from this company (Rosefeel's)…DON'T. You will never get your purchase and there are many reviews out there, read them! This company is a rip off!

I ordered the custom Family Wood Sign, the names were faded looking, not clear and sharp like the pictures. Also, the three dog names were mixed in with the family names, and not with the correct family members. I expected them to be in a group at the end, as in the picture. I expected more for what this item cost and that I would receive what is pictured.

Item not received

My item has still not been received an I ordered it on November 12th for Christmas. It has been over four weeks and nothing. I emailed customer service and no response? Before ordering I seen tons of reviews stating how much they loved their items so I felt confident when placing my order.

On their website it states order will be shipped withing 12-14 business days and that I will receive tracking information. I still have not even received that.
