The overall choosing options is easy, only issues I never received a shipping confirmation and when it arrived the picture part of it is blurry so quality on the picture is ehh. Customer service was super helpful though when I needed shipping confirmation.
To say I was disappointed to give this gift to my wife at Christmas is an understatement. The website does a good job of making your items look like the perfect gift but instead it's made very cheap and I'm sure it won't hold up since it's made of cardboard. I've never felt so ripped off in my life. I definitely won't be a returning customer!

I waited for almost a month for this to come in. I spent a lot of money on customizing a gift for my mom and it came blurry and didn't look good. I emailed the company trying to get a refund and they didn't answer. I do not recommend ordering from here.
The recipe book took about a month to arrive. When it arrived, the outside wood was chipped in various places despite the bubble wrap. The binder also caused damage on the wood inside the book and the binder was not in alignment.

I had to order on my phone because the computer had no pay spot. No matter how many times I refreshed it, close the window, or even restarted my computer. There was no place to pay. I also could not order more than one at a time. So I wanted to order three I had to open it three different times, and make three different orders with the exact information which was really frustrating. I also got no order confirmation. So while it said I would get an email saying my order was placed. I got no such thing. There was also no place to preview.
I ordered with anticipated time paid extra for shipping during the Christmas holidays. I still have no indication that my item is on its way. Emailed customer service no answer. Seems they are shipping from China and that's not being addressed before you order. Who knows how long it will before receiving your items. I will not do business with this company again from a disappointment customer.
I ordered a customized Lego heart. I paid extra for a box and a bag and 5-8 day shipping. Let me just start off by saying that it didn't come for 20 days after I ordered it. I was so disappointed. I emailed customer service and they just told me to be patient and sent me some crazy Chinese tracker for my package because for some reason the original tracking number they gave me didn't even exist. This was a present and I was so frustrated that I couldn't give it to the person for weeks after I wanted to. After I emailed the company I felt even worse and thought that it wasn't going to come. It did eventually but I will never order from this company again. I was so disappointed.
I made an error ordering and misspelled one of my 19 nieces and nephew's names, RoseFeels was very good about correcting the issue prompty. When we got the plate, I felt like although very cute with all the flowers and names, it was certainly not worth $85.

The frame is made of a cheaper material not wood. It came damaged but is too close to holidays to return to be fixed, just had to be fixed at home.

I did not voice this in the exchange of correspondence, however this was for my mother's funeral. The original email I had sent said that I wanted a refund due to damage on the plaque. They sent me numerous emails trying to be persistent and replacing the item, to which I just wanted my mother back and not to hang on to a plaque. When they FINALLY said that they could only refund me IF I send back the item and I would pay for shipping costs, that was the last straw. The item isnt worth it to dig out of the trash nor my time*and feelings*
Took a very long time to get here and was not as advertised. The photo and names looked good but it was placed in a cheap looking frame with a chip in it. So cheap looking I sure it broke in shipping. Would not shop here again.
