How disappointing. For the price I never imagined this plate would be plastic, and cheap plastic no less. I suppose I should have inquired first. Tried to return it but they wanted me to ship it to China for a refund. In the end they issued a 50% refund to keep the plate.

My order was delivered late and it was very cheap looking. I actually had to add an extra frame. I cannot I believe I spent so much money on this

Shipping was very slow and quality is terrible. Picture we received is not clear at all it's blurry. Nothing like as advertised. Way too over priced for the product I received.

Ordering was easy. Shipping took a little while. But, I didn't expect Amazon speed from a private, overseas, company. My only complaint is that I didn't receive a receipt right away. So, I wasn't sure that the order was being processed until I received notice that it has shipped. Not a big deal. It arrived before Christmas and my fiance loves it.

It was easy enough finding the jewelry, but once I completed the order, it was absolute radio blackout until just before the order showed up un my mailbox. I honestly thought I had been scammed. I didn't even have a phone number or email address to contact, and my order took forever. What an awful wait.

Ordered something from the website, it never showed up. Customer service kept telling me to wait and be patient. Then they kept telling me jt shipped, supplied tracking via a site I've never heard of and even that site said they were still awaiting the package being given to them. Reported to BBB

The images for the birth flowers are blurry and poorly Photoshopped. The 2 birds I added are not there. The frame is coming apart. There are smudges on the artwork.

I found these on etsy and thought it would be a great gift. I planned out and ordered 3 of them. 1st: I ordered it and it took almost a month to come in although it says 9-12 days. Normally wouldn't care, but holiday season is holiday season. 2nd: the wood color doesn't come close to matching the photos and the engraving is just OK. It isn't detailed like the photos and lacks that nice punch. I'll give a 3 out of 5.

I have received 2 customized maps from them. The first one can in the mail already separated and warped. I tried to get a refund as the product was not up to par and they said they would ship me a replacement one or I could pay to ship it back to China for a refund. I got a second one sent and that one has too fallen completely apart. They only use double sided sticky tape to keep the pieces together and that is just not sticking. Product would be great if they could find a better method to hold to two pieces of wood together. I also paid for rushed shipping and the first packing took over 3 weeks to get here after paying quite a bit extra for rushed shipping.

Ordered a product for Christmas in November with 2 weeks lead time... still on Christmas day it is in China, where I saw nothing about shipping location. I have contacted them and have been given multiple tracking numbers on track17 which seems like a scam and a please wait a little longer in broken English replies.

When we placed the order it said 2-18 day delivery. It has been over a month and when I emailed I was told there were delays due to the volume of sales but they would expedite my order. It was been over another week and my order still says in production.

It wasn't what I expected, I was thinking it was a collage of pictures together for a wall hanging but got building blocks.
