The necklaces are like described….very pretty. I didn't realize they were made & coming from China. I ordered for Christmas. I ended up wrapping a picture & they arrived a few days after Christmas.

On December 15 I ordered "Grandmas Garden" birth flower chart, I paid for expedited shipping & didn't receive until December 30. The original tracking number they gave me was incorrect, the customer service email response was very slow, if replied to at all. When I did finally receive the product I was very happy with it, my in laws loved it & it's something that they'll cherish forever! Save your money on the quick shipping but the product was worth it!

I wish I could leave no stars because giving them one is to nice. I placed an order 17 days ago and paid an extra $25 to have expedited shipping. I have yet to receive my package and they can't even provide a proper way to track my package either. I've tried to contact customer help and I get very little responses if any at all that takes them days to reply. Upon expressing my frustration about this whole process to them they will only refund me $10. What a JOKE! A complete RIPOFF! All I can do is wait and hope I receive my package soon and leave this awful review that they very much deserve. These people are unprofessional. Never again
Product was a cheap piece of plywood w faded colors and what looked like computer generated. Looked totally different online. Total ripoff from another website I will never purchase from again. A refund would be nice but I'm not paying another dime for shipping it back.
The picture itself was nice. The frame it came in was broken when it arrived. Looks to be the wrong sized nails used for the frame.

What i ordered and what i actually received look very different. My plaque first of all came with fingerprints all over it. The printing on the plaque was very blurry. This company is scamming people by showing a picture of one product but producing and sending out a very different one.

The item arrived and looks great. However, the shipping took longer than I expected and the tracking detail online never updated so that I could track it myself. I did email but it took days for them to respond. I was worried it wouldn't arrive so I ended up ordering something else from another website. They did later respond but by that time I had already ordered another personalized item.

The "wood grain" background looked like grandmas 1970s paneling, the nameplates were crooked, the names printed were crooked, and — worst of all — the "garden" was split into 2 rows and looked like shelves rather than 1 big garden. Customer service was atrocious and offered me 20% for a junk gift that's impossible to gift to someone. Total waste. I made my own on Canva and it's 100x nicer.
I ordered a personalized necklace for my mom for Christmas (which we were doing December 23rd) at the end of November. I never got a confirmation email and had to reach out to them so they could even find my order. They did find it and emailed me back. It took a long time to ship and did not arrive in time for our Christmas celebration so she went without a gift. It was however in my mailbox when I got home and I gave it to her today when I saw her and she loved it. The product was nice and it made her very happy, but my best advice is order over a month before you need it to make sure it comes in. I do want to make it clear, I'm not knocking the company. They made a necklace she adores. I only took stars off because of the delivery taking so long and I felt terrible when she had nothing to open.
I ordered this and never received an order confirmation. I worried I fell victim to a fb scam but I decided to email before I reported. I received a reply back with a day and they were very kind, was able to give me my order number,and a status update. They then emailed me and told me they were expediting my order to try to get it to me by Christmas and it made it in plenty of time! The picture was very pretty and the recipient loved it!
