This was supposed to be a Christmas present. And was purchased a couple weeks prior. Just received. And upon receipt, the flowers are very faded in appearance. Seems poorer quality than expected. Disappointed
Upon ordering our shipping date was given. We were charged the full amount and never received any tracking information or any updates regarding our order. Fast forward a month later and the company reaches out asking us if we received our product. I informed them, no, then they respond with "it hasn't gone to production yet". I said I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the product. They asked if I was willing to wait a "few more days" for it to get sent to production. My answer was no, we no longer needed the item, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They refuse to offer a full refund. The company is a scam, do not fall for it!

I ordered the Rosefeels on Dec 12 as a Christmas gift and was promised delivery by Dec 22. I did not receive the gift until Jan 3rd.
I also chose the 15 inch design but the size of flowers did not increase so the frame appears out of proportion with the size of the flowers.
Finally one of the 6 name plates fr the grand kids is glued on at a slight angle. I will remove it and reglue it to put it in alignment.
Great quality product and looks great. However, was disappointed in how long it took to be delivered. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Ordered Dec. 5th and not received until after the New Year.
The pictures online make this look like a full page when the pages are very small inside and are attached to a metal ring binder. The quality was not what I expected I was very disappointed. I didn't even try to sent it back because delivery took 3 weeks instead of 4 days and it came from China. I would buy a 20 dollar book off Amazon before buying this.
I ordered a personalized cookbook and it had taken almost a whole month to arrive. Where it should have been here within 2 to 3 weeks. Plus the item came damaged and the paint for the engraving bled all over the place.

I order this gift on 12/11/23 and didn't receive my order until 1/5/24. So I had no gift to give my mom for Christmas the frustrating thing is when I ordered it the shipping said 5 to 7 days which I paid for. And said nothing about processing time. So when it didn't arrive. I looked into it and on a page somewhere in small print I saw something about processing time because it was customized gift. I would have liked to know this up front and not had to go looking for it. The package did finally arrive and the gift is nice but not quite the quality I expected for the price.

Exactly what I expected. Could not have a better experience.
First of all, the produce took too long to ship and was received way past the holiday. The case was smaller than my hand and not worthy to put anything in. The engraving looked like fine print and could only be seen with a magnifier. Very disappointed!
