I ordered my items on December 6th and still haven't received them
I thought I had been scammed because the product took a long time to arrive. Almost a month. Upon arrival, product looks cheap and has imperfections on it that make it look worse.
I thought it would be a great gift for my car guy. It was supposed to be ENGRAVED but came printed and smudged around the letters. The clasp to the necklace was also broken upon opening. The entire order was seriously disappointing and not worth the price at all.
My item arrived very late(over 4 weeks after order) and had ink smudges all over the face of the order
So I ordered the grandma's garden personalized wood framed thing. I purchased this on December 12 thinking it would arrive on time for christmas- which it did not. 2 weeks pass and my order still says processing. I contacted the customer service and they responded the next day and they said it's not done yet can you wait longer (in more professional words I'm just paraphrasing), another 4 days go by and I get an email saying it's shipped finally, however I still don't recurve it for another 8 days. By the time I receive it, it's January 10th (at this point it had been 29 days. Way passed the 2-18 days it said it would take for me to receive this gift upon purchase) and as soon as I open it, the frame around it was broken off (like if it was not nailed on completely, nails were sticking out of everywhere) and the frame was not even the same one they are advertising on the photo, and the colors of the flowers and designs were faded. After spending $65 on this gift, I am really disappointed with the quality and the amount of time it took for me to receive it. The customer service answered quickly and the concept of this was cute however due to quality and extended wait time, I would not order from this website again and do not recommend it.

The process was smooth and easy, what you customize actually comes out looking how it supposed to! Shipping was slow because of the holidays but I don't even count that! I truly recommend and definitely will be shopping here again!

The flowers were MUCH smaller than pictured, the name plates were glued on crooked, and the wood looked scratched. I don't feel the price matches the quality of the item at all. This was a great customized gift. My only complaint is it took longer than they estimated, but it was also the holidays and I understand that customized gifts are going to take longer than standard products. The super positive note I want to point out is that my shipping address auto corrected (thanks Google auto-fill...) and it was set to be shipped to an address that was non-existent. Thankfully I caught it before the product was even in production, emailed customer service and they were able to fix it before it even shipped out and it arrived to the correct address - crisis averted thank goodness! If I need another customized gift like this I wouldn't hesitate to order fromRoseFeels; however, I would be better about ordering plenty in advance.
My son and I ordered a locket with engravings for my wife as a Christmas gift. It was his gift for mom. The shipping took so long to arrive- 18 days!- that I actually thought I had lost $50 to a scam. So I emailed RoseFeels about the delivery status but did not receive a response. When the item arrived we were very disappointed. The actual size of the item is only a fraction of the size as it appears on the website. Also, the engraved words are so small a magnifying glass is needed to read them. Won't order from RoseFeels again.

Nothing advertised aligned with what I experienced. Shipping took almost 2 months when reaching out to customer service it was nothing but excuses when I finally received my product it was nothing like advertised. The wood-burning is so light you can barely see it on the wood. Nothing like what I thought I was ordering wording was crooked All around horrible experience. Once I reached out to ask for a refund the response was I needed to send photos as if they don't already know what they are sending mattress. Nothing they are advertising. Completely completely disappointed, and no one should buy from them.
