The product takes a bit to get to you, and tracking it isn't the easiest, but it's a super high quality product that I am thrilled with.

I don't have many complaints about the item. The only 2 complaints that I have is that the birthstones are missing on the necklace, and it took forever to get here. I was really bummed about the birthstones because it makes the necklace look boring without them. Plus, I ordered them and put all of the information in and didn't get what I paid for. But my wife loves it and I guess that's all that matters. I won't be purchasing another one though.

Quick and easy! I do wish there was a comment box before placing order so that I could ask to get something special like in the photo (some gold and some silver rings). Other than that it was great.

The wood from the frame started peeling apart after the second day of receiving the picture. I glued it together and haven't seen any issues since. Everything else looks great.

The puzzle pieces are arranged in a way that if you remove the mom piece, the dad piece will still hold the rest together.

It was very late to showing up, and when it finally did it was not what I was expecting, it was very small and you can barely read the wording

I ordered a necklace for my grandma for her birthday, with two attachments. One was her name, the other was a birthstone for the month she was born. The name at least was on the necklace, thankfully, but they did not add the birthstone like they were supposed to, meaning I ended up paying extra for no reason. That's not even mentioning how long it took to finally receive my order. My grandma was still really happy when I gave it to her though, and that's what's most important, so I won't go any lower than 3 stars.
