I placed my order on May 4 and I didn't receive it until May 27. The shipping I paid for was 4-8 days and I have not received a reimbursement for the shipping.
Did not meet delivery day. Disappointed because it was supposed to be delivered certain date and was not met
Not very good paid extra for 3 day shipping and it took over 20 days to get product. Was given a refund though but overall experience not the greatest. And when product arrived we opened the package and the product was already scratched.
I paid $25 for three day shipping and it took two weeks to ship it. What a joke wish I could have my $25 back. Other than that the necklace looks nice enough Even though it showed up two weeks late.
Art piece arrived broken, customer service suggests that I try and fix it, how is this customer service? The art piece is a layered MDF board 1/8" thick. The way it's layered and how it's broke is impossible to fix. The only way to contact customer service is through email. This company is a joke with zero true intentions of customer service. Do not buy anything from this company!

The product itself met expectations. Delivery was slower than estimated and I don't think I ever received an email when it was shipped, so it just appeared in my mailbox late and without notice. That wasn't a huge deal, but especially since it was a gift quicker delivery and better shipping communication would have been nice.
Very nice craftsmanship. I felt like the communication could have been a little bit better. Maybe more updated during the process of crafting to shipping. Great product.
These people are hacks. Order at your own risk. I ordered a family plaque for my mom for Mother's Day and they spelled our last name wrong. Mistakes happen, I get that. My issue is they won't take responsibility for the mistake. They offered a 30% discount, lol. Seriously? Just remake it with the correct name or refund my money.
They were advertising the product for Mother's Day and I paid for expedited shipping yet my product arrived quite a bit after Mother's Day
